Downtown Holiday Golf Cart Parade & Christmas Tree Lighting
November 28th | Decorate your golf cart for the parade at 6p.m. and end at the Parlor City Plaza where the Bluffton Mayor and the community will welcome in the Christmas season with the illumination of Downtown Bluffton and the community Christmas Tree at 7p.m. Many downtown merchants will be open for Christmas shopping along with live entertainment. Santa will be present at 216 W. Market St. to hear children’s lists until 9p.m.
Christmas in the Mansion at The Wells County Historical Museum
Dates vary | December One of Wells County’s signature holiday traditions takes place at the Wells County Historical Society & Museum in Bluffton. Each December, the mansion is beautifully decorated with more than 30 Christmas trees, and visitors are invited to vote for their favorites.
Wonderland of Lights at Ouabache State Park
Daily November 28th - December 25th 6- 9p.m. | Dress the family up in matching festive pjs and bring along some popcorn for a drive through the campground light display at Ouabache State Park. A small $5 contribution per vehicle goes to the Friends of Ouabache, a group that supports the park with ongoing projects and active volunteers.
Parlor City Christmas
December 13th | On the second Saturday in December, Downtown Bluffton transforms into a Hallmark movie as the roads close for bustling streets of friends and family. The day is full of activity which features carriage and trolley rides, over 35 vendors at the shopping fair, live reindeer, musical performances, and a “Goodie Walk” where local businesses hand out treats. There’s also a live nativity, street performers, window decorating contest, and SO much more packed into one day.
Wells County Creative Arts Council Christmas Showcase
December 5th at 7p.m. & 6th at 2p.m. | Enjoy the ballet and sing along as Wells County talent draws you into the magic of the Holiday Season. Purchase tickets for Friday or Saturday.

Storytime with Mrs. Claus (Toddler Time) hosted by Bluffton Parks Department
December 11th 11a.m.-Noon | Toddlers are invited to listen to stories being told by Mrs. Claus and take part in fun winter craft activities and bounce house.
Bluffton Winter Wonderland hosted by Bluffton Parks Department
December 11th 5:30p.m.-7p.m. | Bring the kids to this FREE event to see Santa, play games and jump in the bouncy house
Nutcracker Tea Party hosted by Wells County Creative Arts Council
December 12th 6-8p.m. | Sugar Plum Fairy invites you to the Land of Sweets as the Sugar Plum Fairy and her friends eat, drink and dance alongside the ballerinas. Such an engaging and magical event for your little ballerinas ages 3-10 ($15 per child) must be accompanied by Adult ($5). Please register here.
